Just the other day was birthday and I decided to gift myself some new makeup brushes. I don't own any MAC (too expensive) and the others are ELF. Now don't get me wrong I love my elf brushes especially for the price but sometimes the duo fibre is just not good enough for foundation. So I was watching LetzMakeup on YouTube and she was reviewing the sigmax HD face brushes. I decided that was my next purchase then. Of course I had seen other reviews but watching her review made me realize it was time.
I ordered them from the website quite easily. The came quickly and were packed very well. I ordered the flat and rounded kabuki face brushes but not the slanted one. I already have a similar one. For the next two weeks, I used my liquid foundation almost every day (Revlon colorstay) and found that it was much easier to blend and apply it well. The flat kabuki is AMAZING and the rounded one works great with my MAC studio F/X powder foundation. I know this is on par with all the other reviews but when something works well, it will likely work well forever. I can't compare this to a regular foundation brush but it does kick the butt of any makeup sponge. I will continue to use these daily. Later, alligator!
